The basic composition of this device includes a single wall stainless steel cylinder with an internal diameter of 300 mm. It is mounted with inconel inside and can be installed inside an existing antechamber according to the consumer’s needs. It can also be installed alone in the other direction of the glove box. This oven will be mounted on the left and right side of the glove box system antechamber.
Its working size is 180 mm wide, 200 mm high and 500 mm long. It is capable of operating at a temperature of up to 200℃, although the recommended operating temperature is 150℃. It is controlled by SCR (silicon-controlled rectifier) for better accuracy. In sum, it is a heating device used inside the glove box for specific high temperature applications and controlled atmosphere processing requirements.
